Dr. Ray Botte is from New York City where he studied medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and more recently acupuncture at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture.  He served in the medical corps in the Air Force and currently practices in Phoenix, Arizona. During his education in New York he played saxophone in numerous concert and jazz bands in Westchester County. Since residing here in Arizona he has continued his love for jazz playing saxophone again in many college and private jazz bands throughout the valley and had the pleasure of touring throughout Switzerland and England with the Scottsdale Community College Monday Night Jazz Band. Among his other interests is cooking (cooking with jazz that is), playing chess and spending time with his girl friend and their young West Highland White Terrier Scotty.
